Email

peterjdooher@dooherinstitute.org

This is the Institute’s single point of contact and reaches John P. Dooher, Founder and President. There is no separate press, administrative or admissions address.

Mailing address

Kailua, Hawaii, United States

This is a mailing address. It is not a laboratory, a research facility or an office open to visitors, and the Institute does not describe it as any of those things. The full registered address is a matter of public record and is available through IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search under EIN 11-3576524; it is not reproduced here because the address of record is a residential unit.

During the period of its documented research participation the Institute was located in Garden City, New York, which is the location the Department of Energy published for it in 2011 and the address on its New York State corporate registration. See institutional history.

What the Institute cannot help with

  • Student placements. The Institute hosts no students and has no positions. See research mentorship.
  • Grant applications. The Institute has no grant-making program open to applications and does not accept unsolicited requests for funds.
  • Adelphi University matters. The Institute is a separate organization and cannot speak for Adelphi University. University enquiries should go to adelphi.edu.
  • Copies of publisher PDFs. Published papers should be obtained from their publishers, whose records are linked from every catalogue entry. Government reports are freely available from the DOE Office of Scientific and Technical Information and from NASA NTRS.
